The goods on SALE are in limited stock.
Goods will be dispatched on First come first serve basis. As the sale is valid all across India, It is possible that two people simultaneously place an order for limited stock quantity Online. The product will be given on first-paid basis. If order is booked over the available quantity, the amount will be refunded.
Sample Pieces mentioned on the Website might have some minor scratches.
Most of the products are in original packing but some products in Warehouse and display are also available without original packing and will be delivered in non-company packing.
Giftwrapping is possible for goods sold on Sale.
After receiving the payment, we would process the order within three to four days. We will also confirm if the ordered goods are available and will give you an estimated delivery date.
The ongoing COVID-19 might impact the time of delivery of items dispatched from our warehouses to some of locations.
For Delhi NCR: Deliveries would be done within three to four days after you have placed the order. For Outside Delhi NCR: For standard items, you will receive your shipment within 5-10 days from date of order, depending on the location of the delivery.
Dispatches cannot be done if the warehouse is closed on any day. The customer will be intimated well in advance during such condition.
No Deliveries would happen on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Inspection on Delivery
UDAI REPUBLIC INTERIORS shall not be responsible for any damage or shortage post-delivery. We request you to please check your goods on Delivery and ensure that everything is fine. No claim with be taken once the goods are received.
If you find the package has been mishandled and the goods are in damaged conditions, please mention it clearly on the docket and take a photo of the products showing the damage and a photo of the docket with your remark written on it. Please share the photos with us. The original cartons and packaging would be required by the insurance company to process the claim, so please retain them until the claim has been settled.
